When configuring a tagged field or tagged container, you must define the tag data. The tag is used to identify the field or container in a message.
In Container Properties or Field Properties, click
to enter a tag value.The Value and Type Settings dialog appears.
Select String if you want to enter the tag value as a character string, for example, ZIP: or select Binary if you want to enter the tag value as a hexadecimal string, for example, 5a49503a.
In the Enter Tag Value field, enter the literal tag that identifies the field or container, for example, ZIP:.
Click OK.
