Handlers are complex activities that are used to capture and process exceptions and faults that are thrown within the business process logic. You can use one or more handler in a business process or within a compensation routine. Sybase WorkSpace provides the following types of handlers:
Exception Processing Handlers

Fault Handler | Use this handler in conjunction with a specific fault in a business process or compensation routine. |
Exception Handler | Use this handler in conjunction with a specific exception in a business process or compensation routine. |
Default Handler | Use this handler to catch and process all other exceptions and faults in a business process or compensation routine. |
