Completing the Prerequisites for a Sybase Services Package Profile

Before you create the Sybase services package profile, complete these prerequisites.

Open the Service Development perspective.
Determine your packaging strategy.
Develop one or more services within a project
Create connection profiles for services.
If a connection profile is not available, or if the service interface will be bound to an email endpoint, you can skip this step. However, you must be prepared to enter user-specified connection properties when you define the service binding in the Services Package Profile or the Deployment Profile.
(Optional) Set graphic editor preferences.
