Before you create a transformation service, you must complete the following prerequisites.
Import source and target content models to your project.
Possible content models include XSDs, WSDLs, Java services, EJB services, database services, and message definitions created in Message Designer.
Do not use schemas that have relative URIs as targetNameSpace values. Such schemas are not fully compatible with all client models. For example, these schemas may not work with clients that use Java to XML bindings created by the Apache wsdl2java tool. Transformation services that use such schemas cannot be tested with the Web service client or dialog service test wizards.
See About WSDL Documents for information on restrictions for externally sourced WSDL files.
