Changing a Service in an EAServer 5.x Services Package Profile

On the Services page of the EAServer 5.x Services Package Profile editor, you can specify service-specific packaging details. The changes you make to a service when creating a service package profile are used for this profile only and do not change the basic service. This page contains five sections:

Included ServicesDisplays all of the services in this package. You must select the service in this section before you work in any of the following sections.
SOAPProvides controls for editing the service SOAP properties of the service interface.
DeploymentProvides controls for configuring the deployment properties of the service interface.
HandlersProvides controls for modifying handlers from the service interface. The Add, Edit, and Remove buttons are active when a handler is selected in the Handlers section. A Handlers dialog assists you when you click Add or Edit. The value in Type can be either the name of another handler or a QName. If you use another handler, the name attribute should refer to the profile of the handler you are using. If you use a QName, the name attribute is not used.
ParametersProvides controls for editing a service parameter. The Add, Edit, and Remove buttons are active when a parameter is selected in the Parameters section. An Add Parameter dialog is available to assist you when you click Add or Edit. To remove, highlight the parameter and click Remove.
