To provide a copy of a project for other users, if you are the project owner, export your project using the Export wizard. Export the project to either a zip file or to the local file system. Other users can then import the project into their workspace.
Resources cannot be exported separate from a project. You must export the entire project.
To export a project:
In the WorkSpace Navigator, select the project you want to export.
Select File|Export from the main menu bar.
The Export wizard appears.
Select either File system or Zip file, then click Next.
If you export a file with double-byte characters in the service name as a zip file, the characters in the service name are corrupted. Create the zip archive of the project from the file system to prevent corruption.
Follow the wizard instructions.
The Export wizard displays help that assists you in the decisions and selections that you need to make.
Select all resources contained in the project including the auxiliary files associated with the project in the right pane of the selection screen. Also, select the Create Directory Structure for Files checkbox.
When you click Finish in the wizard, the project is exported to the location that you selected in step 4.
