Use the M-Business view to add and remove members from groups and to manage how you assign channels to your users. By assigning users to a group, you automatically grant them access to all the channels assigned to the group account.
Managing Group Members:
From the M-Business view, select Group Channels, right-click on the group to which you want to add a user and select Edit Members.
In the Manage Group Member dialog, select the users you want to add to the group. Use the Select All button to add all users to the group.
Use the Deselect All button to remove all users from the group.
Click OK.
