Capture the Web Content for This Mobile Application

To capture Web content from the Web Capture Element Wizard:

  1. Click the Click to Perform icon (which is the equivalent of selecting the Web element icon in the Definition section of the Mobile Application Editor). The Web Capture Element wizard opens.

  2. Enter http://finance.yahoo.com/actives?e=0 in the Location field to use the "Most actives" section of the Yahoo Finance Web site as the content to be captured.

  3. Click Go to activate the Web site to capture. Click Next.

  4. Move your cursor over the Web content in the Actives table until the tooltip box indicates "Select it" and click the mouse button.

  5. Click one of the Select buttons located in the left margin, to choose a set of tables to display.

  6. Click Finish. The Capture window closes.

  7. Click Next. The Rules wizard displays.

  8. Define some rules for the table. You can define rows (records) and columns (fields) to be included or excluded as part of your captured Web content. You can specify columns and rows numerically using expressions such as 1,2, 3 or 1-3, or all. Click Finish when you are done. See Using Rules and Record Layout for additional information.
