You can reset a user's password within the Mobile Administration view.
In the Mobile Administration view, under the Users folder, right-click on the user for whom you want to reset the password.
A confirmation dialog appears asking if you are sure you want to reset the password for that user. Click OK.
A confirmation dialog appears saying a new password has been sent to the user's e-mail address.
