Generating and Editing BlackBerry 37 Templates

This section describes how to generate a new BlackBerry 3.7 template, or edit an existing one:

Appearance

Header

  • Font – enter the name of the header font, or select a header font from the drop-down list.

  • Font Size – the size of the header, which must be an integer between 1 and 16.

  • Font Color – the color of the header font. Click the color bar to display the color palette. Choose from the existing palette, or click Define Custom Colors to define a new color.

  • Bold – displays the header in bold characters.

  • Row Separator – adds a row separator above the header.

  • Column Separator – adds a column separator between heading columns. If selected, enter the character to use as the column separator in the field provided.

Alternate Row

  • Font – enter the name of the row and column font, or select the row and column font from the drop-down list.

  • Font Size – the size of the rows and columns, which must be an integer between 1 and 16.

  • Font Color – the color of the row and columns. Click the color bar to display the color palette. Choose from the existing palette, or click Define Custom Colors to define a new color. This option modifies all rows and columns. To alternate row and color, select Show Odd and Even Color by.

  • Show odd and even color by – allows you to alternate colors by row or column, depending on the option you select:

    • Row – displays alternate colors by row. Select Odd Row Color and Even Row Color and make your color selections.

    • Column – displays alternate colors by column. Select Odd Column Color and Even Column Color and make your color selections.

  • Bold – displays field data in bold characters.

  • Row Separator – adds a row separator between rows.

  • Paragraph Separator – displays paragraph separators in fields.

  • Column Separator – adds a column separator between columns. If selected, enter the character to use as the column separator in the field provided.

CGI Parameter
  • Parameter Input Field Size - the input field size for CGI parameters.

  • Button Text – the text that displays for the OK button.
