Unwired Accelerator Connection Profile Examples

After the installation of the Unwired Accelerator runtime, either the Tomcat version or the EAServer version, the Sybase WorkSpace installer creates three sample Unwired Accelerator ASA connection profiles. These new profiles are located under the Databases directory in Enterprise Explorer:

UA Sample DB
- Physical Location: DevRuntimes\UA\asa\sampledb.db
- Connection Profile: MyMobileSampleDB
  host: localhost
  database name: sampledb
  port: 4747
  user name: dba
  password: SQL
UA Portal DB
- Physical Location: DevRuntimes\UA\asa\portaldatabase.db
- Connection Profile: MyMobilePortalDB
  host: localhost
  database name: portaldatabase
  port: 4747
  user name: dba
  password: SQL
MSales DB
- DevRuntimes\UA\asa\msales.db
- Connection Profile: MyMobileMSalesDB
  host: localhost
  database name: msales
  port: 4747
  user name: dba
  password: SQL

The command to start the databases is %UARuntime%\startdb.bat. The startdb.bat file will start ASA with all these databases. Alternatively, either the Start UA (Tomcat) or the Start UA (EAServer) shortcut launches the databases when these runtimes start.
