You can set filtering options for SQL Results history to limit the visible sets.
To filter history results:
Select Filters from the SQL Results toolbar drop-down menu.
Specify one or more criteria in the SQL Results Filter dialog:

| Filtering method | Action |
|---|---|
| Connection profile | Click the check box for a Connection Profile to select or unselect it |
| Maximum number of history results | Click Limit visible history to: and enter a number |
| Unresolvable connection profiles | Click Display results of unresolvable connection profiles to filter out results for deleted profiles or profiles whose name has been changed |
| Result status | Click Succeeded, Failed, or Terminated to select or unselect |
