Retrieving an XML Message Property List

To retrieve the property list for an XML message from Sybase WorkSpace, use the Get property list wizard as follows:

Invoke the Get property list wizard (see Retrieving XML Message Properties for instructions).

Modify the following fields.

XML message document	Choose one of the following Message header – Retrieve the message header. Message properties – Retrieve the message properties. This is the default.
Return type	Select a return type from the menu dropdown. Specify a size in bytes for the return type.

The SQL for retrieving the message properties list is displayed in the Preview field.

Click Finish. The SQL for retrieving the message properties list appears in SQL Editor.
