A Replication Server subscription is a request for Replication Server to maintain a replicated copy of an object in a replicate database at a specified location. To create Replication Server subscriptions from Workspace, use the following procedure.
Open Enterprise Explorer, and connect to your replicate Replication Server.
Expand the view for your Replication Server connection profile, right-click a primary database for which to create the subscription, and choose New Artifact from the context menu.
From the wizard selection screen, select Subscription, and click Next to start the wizard. You can also start this wizard by right-clicking a Subscriptions folder and choosing New Subscription from the context menu.
Modify the following fields as necessary.

Click Next to continue.

Subscription Criteria | To set criteria for column or parameter values to be replicated, highlight a replication definition in the Replicate definition grid, then specify the following values in the Criteria grid.

Specify how to handle the commands for creating a database replication definition.
Click Generate script to have the creation script displayed in the RepServer Scrapbook when you are finished with the wizard. This option is selected by default.
Click Execute immediately to have the script execute once you are finished with the wizard.
Click Finish to close the wizard.
