On the Windows x64 (64-bit) platform, only the server is 64-bit.
The Windows service managers, their required libraries, start_asiq, asiqsrv12, and dbspawn utilities are 64-bit and reside in the %ASDIR%\x64 directory.
All other executables and necessary components are 32-bit and reside in the %ASDIR%\Win32 directory.
The start menu has been changed appropriately, and both %ASDIR%\x64 and %ASDIR%\Win32 directories are included in the %PATH%.
Both 32-bit and 64-bit ODBC drivers and driver managers are installed.
