Adaptive Server Interoperability

This section shows the interoperability of Adaptive Server against other Sybase products, across different platforms, versions, and client products.

Interoperability between big-endian and little-endian platforms has been verified. Windows and Linux-32 are little-endian platforms. IBM AIX, Sun Solaris, Linux on Power, and HP-UX are big-endian platforms.

Adaptive Server is interoperable with these products:

ASE Replicator 15.0 support of Adaptive Server Enterprise 15.0.3 datatypes

Adaptive Server Replicator 15.0 does not support large identifiers, or these datatypes that are supported in Adaptive Server version 15.0.2: bigint, unsigned bigint, unsigned int, unsigned smallint, unitext, computed columns, XML, and encrypted columns.
