Controls logging of user connections.
ON, OFF
Can be set only for the PUBLIC group. Takes effect immediately.
ON
When this option is ON, a message appears in the IQ message log (.iqmsg file) every time a user connects to or disconnects from the IQ database.
If this option is set OFF (connection logging disabled)
when a user connects, and then turned on before the user disconnects,
the message log shows that user disconnecting but not connecting.
