In PowerDesigner, you first need to create an Object-Oriented Model (OOM) for Java, then add the Eclipse profile defined in an extended model definition.

Select to display the New dialog box and select Object-Oriented Model in the list of model types.

Select the New model radio button in the upper right part of the dialog box.

Select Java in the Object language list of the General tab, and select Class diagram in the First Diagram list.

Click the Extended Model Definition tab, click the IDE tab to display the list of available IDEs, and select Eclipse.

Click OK to create the model.
