Event Checks

PowerDesigner provides default model checks to verify the validity of events.

Check	Description and Correction
Event name and code uniqueness	Event names and codes must be unique in the namespace. Manual correction: Modify the duplicate name/code Automatic correction: Appends a number to the duplicate name/code
Empty stereotype	An event should have a defined stereotype. Manual correction: Define a stereotype in the Stereotype box of the event property sheet Automatic correction: None
