You can create a process service diagram in an existing BPM in any of the following ways:
Right-click the model in the Browser and select New > Process Service Diagram .
Right-click the background of any top-level diagram and select Diagram > New Diagram > Process Service Diagram .
You cannot create a new BPM with a process service diagram as the first diagram.
