A problem occurs when using the Help button from a Sybase Central wizard or utility on IBM Linux on POWER. The loading image displays the message “Loading online help,” but remains open without starting help. If the image displays in a window with a Close icon, (for example, in an Exceed for Windows display) close it manually If there is no icon, use Alt+F4 (for example, on Solaris CDE display).
Once initialized, the help system works correctly and may subsequently be invoked from wizards or utilities without problems.
