Improve derived-data transfer performance of the RAPStore subscriber.
Parameter | Description |
---|---|
Referential Integrity Checks for Derived Data | (Optional) Enabled by default. Controls whether database-related referential integrity checking is performed while derived data is loaded into the RAPStore database. Disable this parameter to bypass the expensive process of referential integrity constraint checking that is performed while loading derived data. Decide, based on the origin and nature of the data being loaded, if you can safely omit these checks. Loading data that bypasses referential integrity checks may result in incorrect results from queries. |
Primary File Location List | (Optional) By default, Primary File Location List contains one Primary File Location element. Each Primary File Location element contains a directory where the generated binary files (containing messages received from the publishers) can be written so that the messages can be loaded into the RAPStore database. These directories should be located on a different disk/controller than the RAPStore database devices. Additionally, each directory must have enough free space to hold any generated binary files that have not been loaded over the last 24 hour period. Adding additional directories into the Primary File Location List improves the file write/read performance. |
