Setting Additional RAPCache Parameters

Adjust RAPCache database parameters to support using a large TDS packet size in the RAPCache subscriber.

1. Set the additional network memory parameter to allow for (RAPCache subscriber TDS packet size x number of market data tables x number of partitions per table) additional memory.
2. Set the max network packet size parameter to allow for the packet size set in the RAPCache subscriber configuration. See the Adaptive Server Enterprise Performance and Tuning: Basics for additional information about these parameters.
