Improve derived-data transfer performance of the RAPCache subscriber.

Parameter Description
Interlink Transfer Location Determines the location where the derived-data exported from the RAPCache database is placed before it is transferred into the RAPStore database. For optimal system performance, assign the interlink transfer location to a disk controller other than the RAPCache database.
