Creating a Form, Document, or Report

You can create forms, documents or reports from the palette, Browser, or Model menu.

Use the appropriate tool in the diagram Palette.
Select Model > Forms, Documents, or Reports to access the appropriate object list, and click the Add a Row tool.
Right-click the model (or a package) in the Browser, and select New > Form, Document or Report.
