You can create application or business services
from the palette, Browser, or Model menu.

Use the Application or Business Service tool in the diagram Palette.

Select or Business Services to access the appropriate list of services, and click the Add a Row tool.

Right-click the model (or a package) in the Browser, and select
or Business Service.
