Verifying RAPStore

Use the stop_asiq utility to verify that the RAPStore Server is up and running.

1. Open a command window.
2. Change to the $RAP/RAPStore/ASIQ-12_7 directory.
3. Use one of these commands to source the environment variables:

   source ASIQ-12_7.csh

   or

   . ./ASIQ-12_7.sh

4. Run:

   $RAP/RAPStore/ASIQ-12_7/bin/stop_asiq

   RAPStoreServer displays a message that indicates the current status of your server.

5. Enter "N" when you are prompted to shut down the server.
6. If the RAPStoreServer is not running change directory to $RAP/RAPStore/ASIQ-12_7/RAPDB and enter the following:

   start_asiq @<RAPStore_server>.cfg <RAPDB>.db

   <RAPStore_server> is the name of your RAPStore server and <RABDB> is the name of your RAPStore database.
