Troubleshooting Component Display Issues

Learn how to troubleshoot display issues for any component that is normally displayed in the OpsConsole.

Problem: Components do not appear correctly in the OpsConsole.

Solution:

  1. Ensure the component's UAF agents have been started.
  2. Validate the component's UAF agent and JINI server configuration.
  3. Check the agent log file in <component>/ua/log/agent.log for further information.
