Troubleshooting a Blocked Data Transfer

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot a blocked data transfer.

Problem: You have a data transfer that cannot move past the exported stage.

Solution: Ensure that the RAPStore subscriber is running or check its log file for errors.

  1. Ensure that the RAPStore subscriber is running.
  2. Check the RAPStore subscriber log file for errors.
    • Errors stating that transfer information could not be added to the RAPStore WORK_FILE table indicates a migration issue. Refer to Installation and Configuration Guide > Postmigration Tasks > Updating the RAPStore Database.
