Monitor Tab

The Monitor tab contains panes that display statistics about market data deliveries.

Panes are grouped by component type: Publishers, Subscribers, RAPStore, and RAPCache. Users can start and stop components by clicking options in the panes.

The Latency pane tells you how long it takes to process and load messages.

• Publishers
  Publishers send market data messages to subscribers. Publisher panes on the Monitor tab display statistics about market data message deliveries.
• Subscribers
  Subscribers write published messages to a database or file. Subscriber panes on the Monitor tab display statistics about market data messages that the subscriber received and processed.
• RAPStore Database
  RAPStore is a Sybase IQ 12.7 ESD #3 database that provides long-term storage and access to historical market data.
• RAPCache Database
  RAPCache is an Adaptive Server® 15.0.2 database that provides short-term storage and immediate access to inbound market data.
• Latency
  The Latency panel tells you how long it takes publishers and subscribers to process messages.
