[CR #541713] When you select the native Oracle interface on English Windows Vista with a Chinese language package installed and on native Chinese Windows 2003, the Schema field in the component configuration window and Properties window does not prompt you with the existing schemas as you type in a schema name.
Workaround: Select the schema from the Schema field instead typing it in.
