The Cluster Edition version 15.0.3 and later include the following monitoring tables to track recovery performance for server boot recovery, load database, load transaction, online database, mount a database, and failover recovery:

monDBRecovery and monDBRecoveryLRTypes contain diagnostic information at an individual database level. monCMSFailover contains diagnostic information for cluster failover at the level of the cluster membership service module. monFailoverRecovery contains aggregated failover recovery diagnostic information for cluster lock manager, database recovery and cluster membership service modules.
