Updates and clarifications to the Clusters Users Guide.

Monitoring links between instances

Insert the following note at the end of the subsection titled, "Monitoring links between instances" in Chapter 1, "An Overview of the Cluster Edition," of the Clusters Users Guide:

Note: When you set up both primary and secondary interconnected networks in your cluster input file, do not restart the cluster unless both interconnected networks are running.

Update to a note in Chapter 18, "Customizing Localization for the Cluster Edition"

In the section titled "Configuring the Cluster Edition for other character sets" in Chapter 18, "Customizing Localization for the Cluster Edition" is the following note:

Note: If you configured the cluster manually, use your normal process on UNIX systems to restart an instance, usually by invoking one of the RUN_xxx scripts from $SYBASE/$SYBASE_ASE/install.
The note is incorrect; replace with the following:
Note: If you configured the cluster manually, use your normal process on Unix systems to restart the instance. Typically, this means invoking the following dataserver command:

$SYBASE/$SYBASE_ASE/BIN/dataserver --quorum_dev=<quorum_path> --instance_name=<instance>
