To configure the cluster manually,
Create the cluster input file.
Configure the interfaces file.
Build the master and quorum devices.
Create a runserver file for each instance.
Initialize a device for sybsystemprocs and create the sybsystemprocs database.
Install the system stored procedures.
Set up a local system temporary database for each instance.
Start the cluster.
Sybase strongly recommends that the total number of
engines in all instances does not exceed the number of CPUs.
