If you have not already done so, initialize Mirror Replication Agent and create Mirror Replication Agent objects in the primary database. If this is first-time initialization, be sure to follow the procedure described in “First-time initialization”.
To initialize Mirror Replication Agent
Use isql or another query processor to log in to the Mirror Replication Agent administration port.
Use the following commands to initialize Mirror Replication Agent and create Mirror Replication Agent objects in the primary database:
pdb_init
ra_init
