Running the installmontables script

If you have previously installed the Monitoring Tables then you need to update the table definitions by running the installmontables script. If you would like to install the Monitoring Tables, see the “Monitoring Tables” chapter of the Performance and Tuning Guide. Using isql, run the new installmontables script included with this release by entering:

isql -Usa -P<sa password> -S<servername> -n 
    -i%SYBASE%\%SYBASE_ASE%\scripts\instmontables 
   -o<output file>

Save the output to an operating system file.
