Sybase recommends that you use only Sybase Central to start multiplex servers. Sybase Central, the graphical administration tool, runs on all platforms supported by IQ.
To run Sybase Central, you must configure and run the Sybase IQ Agent, as described in “Running the Sybase IQ Agent”.
