A user allocation matrix view displays the links between requirements and the users and groups who will fulfill them.
In the following example, the architect is involved in the project description and scenarios, while the programmers and technical writer are involved in the functional requirements:
You can create as many user allocation matrix views as you need, and can give each a different focus by selecting or filtering different rows and columns.
