You generate the publications and subscriptions in the following way:
Right-click the remote database, and select Generate and Execute Scripts.
Note:
If you do not have a remote Sybase AS Anywhere database yet, you can right-click the remote database, and select Create New ASA Database File. This also creates a data source for the database file.
