Using natural language search from e-mail using EAServer

If you are running Unwired Accelerator on EAServer and you want to use the e-mail interface for performing a natural language search, do not start the e-mail service using http://host.domain/dejima/mail.jsp. You must run the checkmail.bat application.

Starting the e-mail service for performing a natural language search with EAServer

1. Open a Command Prompt window, and navigate to %SYBASE%\UnwiredAccelerator70\. At the command prompt, enter:

   checkmail eas
   

2. In the dialog window, specify the number of seconds to check for incoming e-mail and click Start.

   Click Stop to stop checking e-mail.
