Description You receive a Connection refused: connect error when
using SMS.
Solution Go to http://host:port/dejima/admin/home.jsp and click Configure to check the localhost properties. By default, these properties point to port 4040. You must change them to the EAServer port you configured, for example 8080, as shown below:
