[CR #277393] While you use the configuration utility, if you fail to fill in, or provide the incorrect server name, username or password for the Adaptive Server that you plan to use as your Replication Server System Database (RSSD), rs_init fails and generates an error message in a Windows Application Error pop-up window.
Workaround: Manually restart the configuration utility.
