[CR #277914] If you invoke online help from rsmsetup as it is brought up from the configuration utility, rsmsetup reports that the rsmsen.hlp file cannot be found. In fact, the rsmsen.hlp file is already installed, and is in the %SYBASE%\RSM-12_5\install subdirectory.
Workaround: When rsmsetup reports that rsmsen.hlp cannot be found, you are given the opportunity to find the file. When you enter the correct path, rsmsetup updates the registry so it knows where rsmsen.hlp is located.
