PocketBuilder supports deployment to Pocket PC 2002 and 2003 emulators, and to Smartphone 2003 emulators. Several of these emulators are available in Software Development Kits on the Microsoft Web site.
If you plan to develop fingerprint scanning applications for hp IPAQ h5500 or h5550 Pocket PC devices, you must install the BIOAPI.DLL on the client devices.
