Replication Server provides an rs_subcmp executable program that you can use to compare primary and replicate tables, optionally reconciling any differences found.
There is no equivalent program to support non-Sybase data servers. For non-Sybase database support, your only options are to buy third-party tools that provide such functionality, or build your own application.
