If you installed Adaptive Server Enterprise 15.0 Developer Edition server, you must launch Sybase WorkSpace and complete the following setup to enable the Real-time Messaging Services (RTMS) features:
Install and configure TIBCO Enterprise Message Service.
Set up Adaptive Server Enterprise for RTMS.
