Unwired Orchestrator Installation

InstallShield hangs

Verify that all applications have been shut down, including Windows services.

Unwired Orchestrator installation fails

Check the config_eas.log file for deployment, configuration, UO50ASACache, or MessageService errors.

To correct deployment or configuration errors

1. Using a command line utility, change to the following directory:

   <installation directory>/Orch-5_0/config

2. Run the Unwired Orchestrator deployment and configuration script. Enter the following:

   Table 11-1: Deployment/configuration scripts

   Platform	Script
   Windows	ConfigJaguarUO.cmd
   Solaris	ConfigJaguarUO.sh

3. Check the <installation directory>/ismpeLogs/config_eas.log file for additional errors.

To correct UO50ASACache or MessageService errors

1. Using a command line utility, change to the following directory:

   <installation directory>/Orch-5_0/config

2. Run the Unwired Orchestrator configuration cleanup script. Enter the following:

   Table 11-2: Configuration cleanup scripts

   Platform	Script
   Windows	CleanupConfigUO.cmd
   Solaris	CleanupConfigUO.sh

3. Run the Unwired Orchestrator deployment and configuration script:

   Table 11-3: Deployment/Configuration scripts

   Platform	Script
   Windows	ConfigJaguarUO.cmd
   Solaris	ConfigJaguarUO.sh

4. Check the <installation directory>/ismpeLogs/config_eas.log file for additional errors.

Database Event Management installation fails

Check the RepConnCfg.log file for deployment or configuration errors.

To correct deployment or configuration errors

1. Using a command line utility, change to the following directory:

   <installation directory>/Orch-5_0/config

2. Run the Database Event Management configuration cleanup script:

   Table 11-4: Configuration cleanup scripts

   Platform	Script
   Windows	CleanupConfigRepConn.cmd
   Solaris	CleanupConfigRepConn.sh

3. Run the Database Event Management deployment and configuration script:

   Table 11-5: Deployment/Configuration scripts

   Platform	Script
   Windows	RepConnCfg.cmd
   Solaris	RepConnCfg.sh

4. Check the <installation directory>/ismpeLogs/RepConnCfg.log file for additional errors.
