Backing Up the Sybase Central Repository File

After installing the Sybase WorkSpace, Sybase recommends backing up the Sybase Central repository file before continuing with additional Sybase installations.

StepsTo back up the repository file

  1. Locate the following file:

    <installation directory>\Sybase\WorkSpace\DevRuntimes\Shared\Sybase Central 4.3\.scRepository

  2. Back up the file.

  3. Verify that the EAServer plugin is registered. If it is not registered, manually register the plugin.
