[CR #293905] Users who are already registered within Enterprise Security must still confirm their registration when using the portal for the first time. This might be the case for customers who are upgrading from previous version of Enterprise Portal.
Users should enter the same name and password within the login portlet that is registered for them in Enterprise Security entitlement database (ACDB). The portal then presents a registration page with the fields already filled with the users’ information. Users must then click “I agree to the terms and conditions” to go into the portal.
