[CR #289297] Because of static page caching, a Web application’s static resources can still be accessed after you delete the Web application. To ensure that the static resources cannot be accessed, you must remove them from the cache. You can accomplish this in any of the following ways:
Flush the cache
Restart the server
Wait for the static resources to time out
